Aida, the next time you volunteer for a charity venture organized by your roommate selling cookies outside Clemons in the rain, don't saunter out in ballet flats instead of winter boots. Bring your umbrella. Wear a scarf, gloves, and you know, socks. Try to remember that you're not in California anymore. Virginia has 20 degree weather and precipitation.
